Solano County, CA- This Friday concludes Solano County Office of Education’s (SCOE) series of free Girls In Robotics Leadership (GIRL) camps offered to middle school and high school girls throughout Solano County. SCOE hosted the week-long camps in partnership with UC Davis Computing-Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (C-STEM). This year, SCOE offered GIRL camps for middle schoolers and a GIRL+ camp for high school girls.

The camps were held at Solano Community College in Vacaville, Fairfield, and Vallejo. A total of four GIRL camps and one GIRL+ camp were hosted by SCOE between June 6-24, 2022.
